A duck mouth is really cute when a cute girl does it, isn't it?
It seems like I've come to another world, but what should I do? - Chapter 21
After dinner, I took Rizatia to my room. There was some hesitation about bringing an unmarried woman to my room, but since the content of our conversation was important, I told both of them that there was something crucial to discuss.
"Alright, this might take a while, so would you mind sitting down?"
I offered chairs and sat on the bed. Rizatia looked a bit uneasy as she silently took a seat.
"You said it's an important... talk?"
"Yes, sorry about that. I wanted to talk to just the two of us because what I'm going to say might sound absurd or unbelievable to others. There are things I've been hiding, things that happened today, and plans for the future. I want to explain everything properly. After that, I want you to seriously consider the marriage proposal from earlier. Please listen without interrupting first; we can ask questions later."
I explained that I wasn't from this world, my life on Earth, my divorce and its circumstances, meeting a god and talking with him, the involvement of higher-up gods in the transfer, the possibility of returning home, whether or not others could come back with me being uncertain, but that I was okay with dying here if needed. I also mentioned that reproduction was possible.
Additionally, I asked them to keep this conversation confidential until my death.
"That's all. I'd like to hear your honest opinions."
It seems they (as a family) had already suspected I wasn't from this world due to the fabric and sewing techniques of my clothes. They agreed as a family that I posed no danger, considering me their savior and judged my character.
She was quite surprised by Earth's technology and lack of magic. She thought my lighter was some kind of fire-aiding magical tool, but when I showed her it was made from pure materials and technology alone, she was amazed.
Divorce also exists in this world, with a god overseeing marriages who is apparently flexible about it. Divorces with valid reasons are accepted. Rizatia looked a bit conflicted about the specifics, but I emphasized that time had helped me move on.
Meeting a god didn't surprise her as much as I expected. Apparently, gods do descend occasionally, making them somewhat familiar figures.
"Though I wasn't aware of the name of the god who oversees indulgence. There's a famous story about someone praising his talent and lamenting it after a legendary comedian's farewell performance a few years ago."
They were quite the character, as expected.
Explaining higher-up gods was challenging since the concept didn't exist here. I compared them to creators of gods, the highest among them, which helped her understand.
The idea of returning home had a negative reaction. It would mean separating from one family or the other. I also told them my parents were still alive. When I said I was ready to live in this world, her expression showed equal parts joy and guilt.
"Since I've found such a cute girl, if it's possible to tell, I want to share that."
She blushed at that.
I asked her to wait until she was 16 for reproduction.
"Why 16?"
"In my country, women can marry once they're 16. Even though I'm ready to live here, I want to follow this custom."
Her face looked conflicted when I explained. Regarding contraception, it seems a god overseeing childbirth provides protection. Rape does occur in this world too, and to prevent unwanted pregnancies, women receive blessings from the church once they start menstruating.
"I'm already 15, an adult. Why can't we?"
The concept of Lolicon doesn't apply here, so explaining was tough. I ended up using "custom" as a way out.
After sharing everything, both of us were in a bit of culture shock.
"There are parts that are hard to believe, but you explained sincerely without any lies. It's truly wonderful that you faced this head-on."
Honestly, I never thought we'd be considering marriage within just a week. It was overwhelming.
"...Um..."
She moved closer to the bed and sat next to me, her eyes glistening.
"Does being engaged mean we'll get married soon?"
I felt her warm body and smelled her sweet scent. How could she smell so good without even taking a bath?
"Well... Could I call you Akihiro instead of Mr. Akihiro?"
She asked with a coy expression, and her slight duck mouth was cute.
"Hiro is fine. My family and friends have always called me that."
"Hiro... Hiro... Hiro..."
She whispered, her eyes glistening as she leaned closer.
"Nicknames are only for those very close to you. Please call me Rizu."
Our lips almost touched. Her scent made my head spin.
"And...?"
"And what?"
"Can I be even more clingy?"
Her arms wrapped around my neck. I knew this was it.
"Yes, go ahead. Be as clingy as you want."
I pulled her closer by the waist and rested our foreheads together, feeling each other's warmth.
"Honestly, things might happen that far exceed your imagination from now on. But I'll protect you. Will you stay with me?"
"Fufu. It's too late. I've been ready since that day."
We held each other tightly, closing our eyes.
"Let's have a long and happy future together."
"Together until we meet the gods, walking this path forever."
Our lips met softly at first, then deeply, like pecks. Everything felt soft as my hips unconsciously pulled her closer onto the bed.
"Aa..."
Rizu whispered.
Apparently, I had grown quite large without realizing it. My hardness pressed against her stomach.
"Hot... It's nice that you feel me..."
She smiled like a goddess, accepting everything.
"No good. As I said earlier, until you're 16."
She pouted with an upper eyelid glance.
"Fine. I'll make sure you can't resist soon."
Her cheerful declaration made her seem so bright.
"Handle it with care."
Since she wanted to sleep together, I moved aside on the bed.
We held each other and kissed repeatedly, feeling more warmth with each embrace. We whispered countless kisses.
"Goodnight, Rizu."
"Goodnight, Hiro. Sleep well."
It's been a long time since someone was beside me in bed. Feeling fulfilled and secure, I slowly fell asleep.
Oh, I forgot to ask about the fruit thing on my to-do list.
I thought about it briefly but let go of consciousness as I drifted into a light sleep.
May tomorrow be another good day.
